Procomm Ltd. Founder Susan Fiala

Susan has worked with Fortune 1000 companies for the past 25 years helping people become more effective and compelling in all their communication situations.

She founded ProComm Ltd. because of the market demand for a fun, interactive process to help people become more confident in their presentation and communication skills. She believes that there is no substitute for the spoken word, and that the human element is the most important aspect of business. Some of the clients Susan has had the pleasure of working with include Abbott Nutrition, AbbVie, Deloitte, Blue Shield of California, McDonalds, Medtronics, True Value, Johnson and Johnson, Roche Diagnostics, St. Jude Medical, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Zimmer.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Bradley University. She continues her professional growth with certification in a variety of training and development seminars. Her goal is to empower people in business to communicate and inspire others with the spoken word, from a place of authenticity and passion.

Lisa has over 20 years of training industry experience, working with Fortune 1000 companies across many industries. With expertise in face to face, virtual and blended learning solutions, she enjoys collaborating with clients to identify innovative, cost-effective ways to meet their business objectives and drive results. Effective and impactful communication is the most crucial skill available to individuals and her passion for this transfers to all she does in her work with clients. She has had the honor to work with such companies as Abbott, AbbVie, Takeda, Roche, Burlington Northern Santa Fe, Southwest Airlines, among others.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Marketing and Finance from University of Nebraska at Omaha. She holds many certifications in executive communication, consultative selling, business acumen and leadership development. As a curious and eager learner, she explores her interests with the same passion as her work with clients. She believes that lifelong learning is the key to success.
